Growing up, I was the shy, introverted kid who stuttered. The one who got picked on. The one who was talked over, talked down to, and written off — by other kids, and sometimes by adults who should have known better.
I was autistic, though nobody called it that then. What they called it was: "too sensitive," "strange," "not quite right." I accepted those labels for years. I let them shape how I showed up in the world.
But at some point, I stopped accepting other people's definitions of who I was.
The Turning Point
Over 41 years of working on myself — studying personal development, learning to communicate, building skills I was told I'd never have — I became someone I wouldn't have recognised as a kid.
I became a homeowner. An employed professional. A speaker. Someone who walks into a room and connects with people. Someone people actually come to for guidance.
Not because I stopped being autistic. Because I finally understood that being autistic wasn't the problem — the labels were.
If You're Here, This Might Sound Familiar
Maybe you're living with autism or ADHD and feeling stuck — in work, in relationships, in your own head. Maybe someone in your life has put a ceiling on what they think you're capable of. Maybe you've started to believe them.
I'm here to tell you: that ceiling is not real. And I know, because I was on the wrong side of it once too.
What I Do
As a certified life coach and your Chief Empowerment Officer, I work one-on-one with autistic and neurodivergent adults — and with anyone ready to build real life skills — to help you:
- Remove the negative labels you've been given (and the ones you've given yourself)
- Build communication, independence, and confidence on your terms
- Navigate employment, relationships, and daily life in a way that works for you
- Develop the skills that your neurodivergent brain is already wired to use
My coaching is evidence-based, personalised, and built around your strengths — not a deficit checklist.
Credentials & Background
I've been coaching since 2021, founded My Autism Gifts on May 1 of that year, and have helped clients reach goals they were told were out of reach. My methods are rooted in the latest research in autism and neurodivergent coaching, combined with 41 years of lived experience doing this work on myself.
I'm not just your coach. I'm your proof of concept.
